I joined the freedom programme not too long ago it was a good course learning about the red flags and signs of abuse. But I felt like I had hardly any support what so ever, I haven’t even been informed about when the next course is starting. I was also the youngest in the group and felt very left out and uncomfortable even though I am in the same position as them. It made me feel even worse not better!

Pleasant staff I also love charity
Freedom programme is so underrated. I never heard of it before doing it but it's such a good programme designed to help see traits of family or partners that are abusive in some way not just violent. Rhyanne is so lovely, non judgemental and friendly. Also the recovery programme helps build confidence and resilience after you have left your relationship. Helps women of all ages and walks of life. Amazing charity that has helped me more than they know.

Limited services being offered. I didn't receive any help.
