My family and I have used this garage for years. A great and knowledgeable team of technicians who we'll miss terribly, especially as my family have come to trust them, and now have to find another local garage to maintain all our cars. They're good with us all, and we're shellshocked that they're closing without relocating locally where there is an abundance of industrial space. We wish the Pontypridd team all the best, and hope that Halfords senior Management return to college to study Strategic Management, and see sense in relocating this very busy garage locally instead of breaking up a great team and losing many customers.

The staff at Halfords are doing their best at a hard time. They were friendly and honest with how long it would take for the service and answered my questions as best as they could as they were one staff down but still did their best to service my car as quickly as they could. Very happy with the price and the car is working well

Always go tot Halfords for my tyres, get the ones I want that meet my requirements online at a great price, book a slot for fitting and just turn up on the day. I was in and out within half an hour for the 2 tyres. Staff were great advising of work that may needed to be carried out in the future. All in all a great simple experience.
