What a fab way to spend an evening with friends! We rounded up 4 of us (spanning a range of cooking abilities), each bringing with us one ingredient that we liked / wanted to learn to cook with. Over the course of the evening, Alex managed to get us all cooking (and eating) starters, main courses and dessert all made by adding store cupboard ingredients to what we bought :) We left stuffed, happy, and having learnt some awesome recipes. Can't wait to go back :)

Had a fabulous evening!!! To be honest, I don't cook! Hardly ever! But we all got involved, brought along a mystery ingredient to use and between us created a three-course meal using an eclectic mix of items which was super-duper delicious and I genuinely feel confident enough to try the dishes again myself!!! Thank you :)
I had my first 'Supper Club' experience last night. As someone who struggles to think creatively in terms of food and panics when trying to create something nutritious but quick for my kids, this was not only a fun but incredibly inspiring and informative evening. We made some amazing dishes together from the most random and basic of ingredients, but the food was stunning. More importantly though, it was stuff I can (and will) make again for the kids (not to mention me and hubby!). I can't rate Alex's Supper Club highly enough. I had such an amazing time and will most definitely be back to learn more. Thanks Alex! :-)
Great evening with Alex. I love cooking and still learnt lots of tips. Met great people. Alex makes learning to cook easy and enjoyable. Well done. Definitely be there again!
Alex's super club is a great way to meet new friends, learn new recipes and even learn how to do the simple things like dice an onion (without shedding a tear) ! The food we produced was from simple ingredients the end results were on par to a Michelin stared restaurant!! Thank you again Alex X
