Very good care and friendly service over 20 years of dealing with Melin and previous Eastern Valley Housing Association Keep up with the good work. Thank you.
My grandmother moved into a sheltered housing flat owned by Melin just over a year ago. She has settled in really well and it’s lovely to see her joining in and enjoying the many events they hold in the lounge every week, including afternoon teas, fish & chip lunches, raffles, coffee mornings & services run by the local Baptist church. Her flat is fantastic, really spacious with a lovely view of the garden and it has a walk in shower and emergency alarms. The warden, Sarah, is really lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her. The whole building feels like a hotel and is very smart and welcoming.
