It was a little surprise we found along the way to Springfield... The museum attribute the veterans of the war. It collects Veterans' uniforms, but it is the amazing stories behind those uniforms that are worth of listening and learning. It was definitely educational for my kids. The staff there was patient and knowledgable. I definitely recommend it!!

Such a fantastic museum. I wish we lived closer and could visit more frequently. Wasn't able to spend near as much time as I had wanted to in here. They have a great educational outreach program that they told us about where veterans from the museum can Skype call classrooms and conduct an interview. We had the pleasure of speaking with the founder's son, who is also a veteran and a true pleasure to meet.
