All the staff are great! I was pregnant they helped me and showed they care me and my kids one of the best shelters I have ever been to!

THIS LADY SAID THEY WERE A SHELTER AND I AM SURE HAD SPACE BUT COULD NOT HELP ME. MAYBE IF I WERE WHITE. I AM ABOUT TO THINK ABOUT KILLING MYSELF BECAUSE THESE PLACES DONT CARE OR SELECTS BY YOUR VOICE WHO THEY HELP. SO DONT BOTHER JUST BREAK INTO A HOUSE OR TAKE YOUR LIFE LIKE I THINK WILL HAPPEN TO ME. THIS PLACES SHOULD NEVER GET FUNDING FROM THE STATE

I have received nothing but phenomenal support from the advocate that has constantly reassured me since the night I had to have to her wake up and run in for the exam, that I am not a bother or a nuisance even in moments I feel that way. Their therapists have reached out offering all types of services including individual, group, and medical. They cooperate with the police and anyone else you do not keep comfortable or strong enough to. The only minor con would be my experience with the forensic nurse i the interview and exam but to my knowledge had already been addressed. I cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done in such a short amount of time.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Called in and spoke with a \Rose\, i didn't feel supported at all. She was very short with me. Im not sure if she didn't have lunch yet or what the problem was but she even told me \people usually know what they need\ because i am new to Havens services :/ Will not be using these services with Haven due to her lack of care.
