It's a lovely place to visit. Not just for the horse racing. It's the place to walk round the park.and then the lake for relaxing after.feeding the geese and the swans.xx

I like live racing but Doncaster and York can be too big, especially if you have a family, with you. Pontefract Races are much better as they're much smaller and there's funfairs and live entertainment. And pizza!
Great place to walk around. Beautiful wild life on the lake.
Best place in pontefract but they should do more with lake and had some upto date toilets
