Not really one to post reviews but I think these guys deserve some credit for the outstanding level of customer service they’ve provided. Recently moved to the area and needed some new equipment - they were great at talking me through the various products I would need and the differences between models. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in and outside the area, these friendly guys really know there suff!

Despite never having been able to splash out on a \big-ticket\ item at Powerco, I give them all the more credit for years of parts, spares, and general advice. No job is too small for them, I've especially been impressed with how far they will go to source parts and offer help when they aren't doing the work themselves. Thank you my friends, here's to many more years working together, and yes JC my back field still needs scarifying!

Visited recently to purchase a Stihl MS 500i Chainsaw. I knew this was going to be a high end purchase before I got to the store but visiting JC Powerco made it all the more worthwhile. Its way better to see the product in person than to just order online in the hope that its right for me. Jeremy and Henry very kindly discussed alternatives to this chainsaw and were very honest with the pros and cons. They took a lot of their own time to talk me through the finer detials and it was very helpful, much appreciated. All in all, I felt very confident to purchase and just as confident that customer service/advice are just as important to Jeremy as selling me the chainsaw. I'll definitely be back for some spares and accessories so make sure that kettle's hot! Cheers guys!

Great shop with incredibly helpful staff, the guys there really know their stuff and were able to fix my grandparent's mower very quickly. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Not a very pleasant service. I took my rotary blade that needed a sharpen. I was told that it would be done the following week. That week past and due to COVID-19 I left it a further week as I knew he was busy. That week also passed so I made a call to the business to be advised that the sharpening grinder was broken and that it needed a new part. Nearly a further 2 week later I finally received a call to say it was ready for collection. On collection rather than question the service I was just happy to get my blade back. It didn’t stop here as when I got it home I question to if it has been sharpened with a rock...never mind a grinder, all for 30 which is 5 more than I was initially quoted. I wouldn’t use this business again and will be looking for elsewhere next time. Not good.
