I went for acupuncture for the first time in my life. I have been now 3 times with back and neck pain caused by stress. It’s very relaxing and stress relieving. I could feel the difference after the first session. I felt calmed and pain free. And now after the third time my pain has gone. Heather is a talented expert and a lovely woman. I enjoy going there, because she is very welcoming and tells you all the information about the treatment . Thank you so much Heather, I always feel recharged and peaceful after your session. The question which always arises when considering one of the Complementary Therapies is \Which will be the right one for me with my particular condition?\. Heather has an extensive knowledge of an impressive range of therapies. She listens actively to what her patients have to say and discusses with them how she believes the issue is best treated. She may concentrate on one therapy or combine several. Following successfully treating a muscular complaint, I now visit occasionally for \maintenance\ along with going walking and practising yoga. I am sixty two years old and honestly feel fitter and more flexible than when I was in my early forties. You will not be disappointed.
