Rang up today and asked if they could fit my Pendleton basket to my bike. Absolutely top notch service. There were missing screws and they managed to give me two to put with it and cos I'm a key worker they didn't even charge me for the fitting. Thank you Nathan

We have purchased 2 ebikes at the Pontefract store for my husband and myself. The staff are amazing especially Nathan who has gone behond his job to help us in our purchases. Had a new Sony Car Play unit fitted to a Honda Civic requiring replacement of part of the dashboard. The installation looks great and works perfectly. Staff were all great, particularly the fitter, Dave who was very helpful and took time to make sure everything worked as it should, even helping with the settings on my phone. Highly recommend this branch - thank you!
