I tried to call \Currys/Not pcworld\ 3 weeks ago about a product and all options led to getting cut off! Sometimes it won't even let you get to the options beeeeeeep. Nice one Currys/not pcworld So I got my 256gb Oculus at Argos instead. Couldn't call them about keyboard either and after going to the store I found 1 sealed 25 keyboard. No decent ones, no Logitech, no Corsair. So wasted a 1 hour round trip for nothing. Website shows lots of keyboards for collect yet doesn't explain very well if they are available for collect that day. If only you could contact the store and save a pointless journey. Was only in store a few minutes and 2 different representatives asked if we're ok and to help but I'd rather someone be manning the phones than pushing sales. If you have products for collect why not at least display some. So went straight to Argos for Corsair K68 keyboard. Used to help them in high regard but very quickly realising it's not the shop it used to be. Been going to this outlet since 97.

Staff very helpful in getting u what u want and showing u what deals. Are on, shame its now only click and collect due to covid but I understand its for the best just hard shopping online when your used to the helpful staff answering all ur questions and providing u with information on which is the best bargain ect

No stock ,then went home orded on line and it said on one dryer i was looking at in stock ! Then orded it payed for it then the email came threw when stock comes in we will send u email ,so now theve took my money and sat waiting ,

Fridge freezer arrived damaged, no further stock, stuck with returning and being without or keeping damaged item - utterly disgusting
