What a great experience. Lovely hospitality, view, excellent staff. I hope to visit again one day soon. This was truly a memorable vacation in an unspoiled little spot of the world. I cannot suggest this place enough.

We’ve had an amazing stay! The room, the service, the heated pool and the breakfast were better than we’ve imagined. There is a small gym, perfect ocean view and lots of parking spots. The location is perfect- just at the center of the island, less than 20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada’s center and not too far from everywhere. There is a huge transparent glass window with transparent curtains between the bedroom and the restroom, which is a little weird, but we’ve managed
Loved this resort. It's located in a very quiet part of town and views are breathtaking. Pictures cannot do this place justice. The staff is incredible and more than accommodating. The amenities here are devine. The only complaint is breakfast is 12 euros most other resorts we stayed at included breakfast.
5 stars for the 5 stars! This resort is very well located over a great seaview. It is a very calm place surrounded by land and nature. Is quite and great to relax. It has a SPA, hot pool, jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath. The Familiar room is quite big for a family (2 adults and 2 children) and it was cleaned every single day, so it is a very clean resort. The people are very kind !
Great New 5 star hotel with excellent location on the north side of the island. Short drive away from airport and all the major sites on the west and east coast. Excellent food in the bar and restaurant. Breakfast included and has a large selection. Indoor and outdoor pools with great views of the ocean. Favorite spot for lodging on the island!! Strongly recommended!!! *****
Good hotel. Great customer service and great breakfast. What I would suggest is to extend food menu in restaurant because after three days we could not pick anything to eat. Despite this this is really good choice during your Azores visit.
Dear guest! Please be very careful with booking this hotel. This is NOT 5 star hotel, I don’t know who gave them the ranking. It is maximum 4 star and breakfast deserves 3 stars maximum. Major minuses: 1. Bad service 2. They charge 4 euro per bottle of water as room service - no Go for 5 star hotel 3. Very bad quality ingredients for breakfast, poor selection of fruits, horrible coffee 4. Very thin walls in hotel rooms - in the night you can hear neighbors talking (almost like if they were in your room) 5. Cheap sun beds and bathrobes Positive things: Relatively big room & hotel is fairly new and view of the ocean Please do not be tricked by 5 stars, we have explored the islands for multiple days and there are much better 5 and 4 star hotels for the same price range
This place is a joke - for me not more than 3 stars, for sure not 5! We stayed with friends (4 of us) not far from Pedras do Mar and becouse of rains we decided to come here for SPA (as it stands in the name of the hotel) - 25 euros/person and only atraction was 105cm deep pool (pool wasnt even clean as a 5 star standard hotels - hair and dirt all over the pool) with hot wather, nothing else - We understand that COVID situation and so on but nobody tells us that everything is closed - we could search for something else. After our intervention in reception we got - 20 euros total refund (5 euros each person) to spend in hotel bar and that is not all - bar served us even worst drinks which we left becouse it wasnt possible to drink that. We were motivated to comment by the waiter who demanded a 50 euro cent surcharge for a drink, which was not even true because the Aperol we ordered cost much less than he had entered in the computer. Waste of time and money visiting this place for SPA. About quality of hotel we cant tell anything more becouse it was one time adventure with this place! 1 star is for SPA and bar drinks!
