All good things to say about this shop. I bought a bike from them for riding on the island. Was helped out by Alberto. He's been working at the shop for almost 3 decades. He helped me with everything. Got me a great bike. Has been superb every time I return (flat tire, or borrow an air pump). And then when getting ready now to return home, he's been super helpful in getting a bike box to ship it back to the States. Very nice shop and a truly great experience at this shop. I would highly recommend buying a bike from this place.

Alberto was very helpful in getting me the correct setup and extremely knowledgeable and experienced on cycling around the island: This man cycled around the entire day island in 9 hours so he knows road biking in San Miguel!
Aberto and the other staff were very professional and helpful with bike rentals and suggestions for routes. We rented road bikes and they were great machines, very nicely tuned. I would recommend this establishment to any serious biker for road or mountain biking.

My wife and I wanted to mountain bike around Sete Cidades, but felt we needed a guide, and since our cycling abilities are quite different, needed an e-mtb and a hardtail to rent. CC- Specialized was the only bike shop or tour operator on Sao Miguel we found which could fulfill our needs. Additionally, our guide Francisco, despite having ridden 300 km the prior 2 days leading other groups, came in early and led us on a beautiful tour which went longer than expected. I can't say enough great things about Francisco's dedication to his customers' needs.
