Fantastic evening enjoying Fado and a bottle of wine with Tapia. Fado is a must if you are visiting Portugal or the Azores. Very intimate setting with no more than 70 people. Great service and wonderful evening.

Intimate, amazing fado experience. Lasts until about midnight. Comes with a prix fixe menu. Food was great and with 3 bottle of wine, water and the optional cheese plate was 40 a person. Despite being slightly more expensive than other dinners, I would most definitely go again.

Amazing fado experience! Loved our dinner and musical night here! The food buffet is good and the service top notch! We loved the singer , Adriana Marc as she not only performs well but involves the audience in , she knew there were foreigners/non portugese speaking people and she explained the meaning and background of songs and made sure everyone was having fun! There is a store attached to the restaurant and sells sauces and all kinds of preserved cod! ( smells like dry fish but ofcourse that’s to be expected) The servers were great! Will definitely return on our next trip!

Probably my favorite place to eat in all of Sao Miguel! We didn't know what we were getting into when we made the reservation, but saw it on a brochure and the lady the had it recommended very much and I'm glad she did! The music was great, they played for about 3 hours with breaks. The food was sooo good. It was a fixed menu that started with bread and cheese and the meal was a couple different kinds of potatoes and bacalhau. I'm a picky eater and was sick of fish by the time we went to the restaurant but I was sad when it was gone and I was hoping our flight would get cancelled so we go again haha. I guess they are the only place on the island that serves this fish. Definitely love this place and if you do want to go, make reservations early in your trip to make sure you can go since they only do dinner on Fridays and Saturdays and I think tapas on Wednesdays. The atmosphere was so cozy as well, couldn't have asked for a better last night in the Azores!
