Only four out of five due to the pandemic and not being able to try all the activities. They have done a really great job on following the government guidelines and still made it possible for everyone to have fun and enjoy the animals. Lots to see and very educational for adults and children. All animals looked healthy, staff was polite and friendly. Very recommended.

Really good afternoon here with the kids. Plenty of animals to see, staff friendly and helpful. Nice ice cream parlour and restaurant looked good but we didn't have food here, just a beverage! Good value for the price, will definitely be back.
A good morning or afternoon out for the kids. Not huge, some great animals to look at, the play parks are also very good. Not that expensive either. Not a full day out, but would fill an afternoon or morning. But for 20 a family what do you expect. All in all i would recommend a visit
We really enjoyed our visit. It was nice and clean although not very busy when we went. The animals look well looked after. Our grand daughter liked the three play areas and we could use the fact that there's animals to see between them to move her along. The riverside restaurant was ok about 10 per head for lunch and a drink was very clean and tidy, lots of picnic spots too. The gift shop was reasonably priced and entry was a good price. All in all a good half day to a day depending time spent playing in the parks.
