Simply outstanding sales experience. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. All the staff I dealt with were knowledgeable to an incredibly impressive degree and were able to answer every question I asked from the bike I ended up purchasing, to finances, and anything in between. Ian in particular was a pleasure to deal with (he was the sales rep I spoke to and worked with towards the completion of my purchase). He exemplifies everything that was previously mentioned as positives and I will most certainly be returning should I become interested in another vehicle. One of the most astonishing things was, as amazing as Ian was to deal with, I noticed every customer that came in received equally exceptional service. This is truly a business that cares about their customers' sales journey. I'd give them 6/5 stars if I could.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! A friend recommend this dealer and Omar Barboza helped me to chose the best option for me on the motorcycle and they gave me a really good deal on the price. Catalina Camargo helped me with all the paperwork, financial and the shipment. I live in Texas and all the transaction was very smooth, I received my motorcycle in 2 weeks in front of my home of purchasing it. Really fast transaction and really good experience. *Update* Thanks to Jim I got my Street Fighter V4S. Love Jim and my Street Fighter! This review is a few weeks late but overdue. Jim is an awesome sales rep. Straight forward, transparent and no pressure. Came in to look at the new 2021 XDiavel but they weren’t in stock yet. He was kind enough to let me test ride one of the previous year models they had in stock. Fun ride! I’ve read so many nightmares online about Ducati sales reps acting like they don’t need your business and they are doing you a favor if they sell you a bike. Not here. Didn’t end up going with the XDiavel but I would definitely come back here just because of Jim and his customer service. The new streetfighter v4 has been calling my name for a test ride!

I flew into Florida simply to test ride the new 950sp Hyper. Ian, customer service rep, arranged everything and was an excellent help. If I was currently residing in the U.S. I would, without a doubt, purchase this bike from Ian. Excellent shop with great energy. I highly recommend a visit to this store!

I just bought my 2021 Ducati Multistrada V4 on Friday over the phone with Omar Barboza. He helped me by answering all of my questions, and also preparing the bike the way I wanted, including the wheels of my preference. Then he introduced me to Catalina and she helped me through all the paperwork. Next day, at 8:00AM I had a truck from Pompano Beach which is 300 miles away with my brand new V4 at my doorstep. The driver took his time to go through everything on the bike and explaining everything, including tips for breaking in the engine. I called the dealer a few times with questions regarding the new bike, and they were always friendly. I recommend this dealer to anyone in the country. I’m thankful with Omar, Catalina and the staff at Two Wheels World. - Gabriel Paskevicius

Excellent services, I purchased a street cup with 5000 miles never had an issue after 2 years of used. The week after purchase the bike the bike stop charging due a loose cable, the dealer sent a truck and picked up the bike for free.
