Great tasting food. Lovely Haitian spice! Packaging can be improved; put the salad with the oxtail meal in a separate small container so the heat from the meal does not cook the salad... I ate it anyway with rice, tasted good, no dressing needed :-) The number of oxtail chunks are sufficient for big hungry bear me! Definitely not skimpy like someone else reviewed. The meals come with a ton of beans and rice which will soak up all that lovely spicy juice; it will fill the biggest hole in a hungry tummy. Wife had fish. It is good. Lovely seasoning and gravy for the rice. The veg with both the fish and oxtail make it all come together like a juicy French kiss ... c'est bon! Thanks for giving us a break from quarantine cooking with some home style Haitian cooking... I felt I visited a nice friends house who's wife loved us with her cooking!
