We booked the Stretch Expedition, and this trashy looking car showed up. It wasn't a stretch or limo... as you can see, it was a dated, nasty, old, car that rattled and sounded like it would not make it to our destination. They were late at arriving at both pick up and drop off. There was no music for obvious reasons, and the window didn't go up or down, the converted car had a seat on the floor, and dirty plastic cups and napkins in the dust trap at the bottom of the floor. The driver didn't speak English and I was totally embarrassed to be the one that booked this for our end of year friend party. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM... they didn't return my calls and emails for complaint. It was bait and switch. FIND ANYONE ELSE.
