Did not disclose they are charging a Covid Fee until I was leaving. From my understanding Dentist offices should already be clean I don't get why a fee is even being charged. I understand everyone is hurting economically from Covid and this dentist office is trying to recoup lost earnings but the fee should have been stated during the time I was making an appointment not at the end. The front lady tried to lie and say it was a co-payment but after calling my insurance that was not true I called back and the lady said it was a PPE (personal protective equipment) fee. Again, dentist office employees are already supposed to be wearing masks even prior to covid. I guess they want the customer to pay it now. the lady at the front desk said that if my insurance pays it I will be reimbursed the 15 per patient that they charged.She also said that I am lucky her office rendered service to me and she is billing my insurance. She said it takes 2 weeks for the insurance to pay them. I told her isn't that how it normally works did she want me to pay upfront and for me to bill my insurance but she didn't respond. They ended up charging my insurance the fee and still have not reimbursed like they said they would. A perfect example of a business passing their costs on to the customer. Patients don't come first here their bottom line does.

Was told there was a gap in my gum requiring surgery costing over 1000. Went to two other dentists for more opinions, one of them a family member and both told me there was no gap in my gums and no operation was necessary.
My family has been going here since I was little he always takes care of us.very friendly staff love this place.
The staff there is very friendly. They help me fill out my forms. I have never had a cleaning as well as the one I was given there. The staff is very friendly in the back.
