Chicken was as good as always, and it's nice that they're diversifying their menu too. It's disappointing, however, that they completely overcooked the rice on my last visit. It was so dry.
Polomolok branch receptionist was not accommodating. T’was disappointing to get answer from her after we requested coke litro, she said “ we don’t serve litro here” and yet they serve litro royal tru orange. What the fuss??! Plus you need to order at the counter when the place is semi formal and they serve made to order foods. The order system was inconvenient, with us was 4 elderly out of 7 pax. The receptionist never had a decency of letting elderly sit and take their orders but instead let them wait standing While waiting for our orders taken. Granting that we were the first customers who went in at 6:20pm 21 July 2019. Soup bowl were served w excess water which prompted us to inform the server to replace it with a dry bowl, spoon and fork were wet too. Suggestions: * have an order menu list. This way, customers will not file up at your less spacious counter. * receptionist MUST BE polite at all time. * utensils MUST BE clean * table napkins must always be available (wag kayo kuripot, after all its part of what we are paying)
