Very disappointed with the quality. I opted to use local and small businesses given the current climate and have been utterly disappointed with this choice. I called and ordered a 'cheerful and pretty' bunch of flowers and was charged 30 plus 4.75 delivery even though still within oakham which I thought was very steep, but needs must. What was received was few stems of leaves, bit of greenery and 3 flowers. 2 cheap chrisamthams and one rose that was on it's last legs. I was sent a photo from the recipent and I was horrified! 3 flowers and some tacky greenery for 30?! Daylight robbery. I called to say how disappointed and why no flowers. I was and was told by the \florist\ that flowers are expensive and hard to get hold of due to covid and insisted the greenery was all fresh today. Her suggestion was going to the house of the recipent, take the original bunch and replace with a better bunch of flowers....so miracles had happened in the short call and she had now got actual flowers in? She was quite short and very unhelpful and felt like trying to pull a fast one! For 30 for 3 stems of leaves and 2.5 flowers....STAY AWAY. Trying to shop local has been a massive fail in this instance. Other local flower shops have used during tbis pandemic have had actual flowers so why these guys are different I do not know. Will never ever use again. Be warned!
How could a florist be any better? Always a wonderful range and a team who are always passionate about their craft and could not be more helpful.

I have ordered from Pollen a few times and have always been really happy with the experience. The team are superb; always happy to put something together with minimal direction and use their artistic license to create beautiful bouquets. The delivery is always prompt, and I think they offer great value for money.
