It probably isn't usual that buyers are blown away by the services of the estate agents selling a property, but this has been my experience with Pollards Estates. The incredible levels of communication, professionalism and warmth was remarkable and unlike anything I have ever experienced. Dawn, Darren and Lisa, you were all wonderful with my purchase, even as you were essentially working for your sellers. I am very grateful for all your efforts on my behalf; from the calls even on Sundays, to your accommodation of my many requests to access the property and just for being so personable. Pollard was the 3rd quote I had ...when Lisa came I was so impressed she didn't just see a house for sale ...she saw a Home ..my home for 41 years ...she was kind and positive about my home and I knew I wanted Pollard to sell my home ... We chose Pollards because it was an Independent Estate Agent and also through recommendation. Rachel and the team at Pollards were brilliant in every aspect of the sale of the house. From beginning to end we were kept informed of what was going on, we were treated with the utmost respect and always felt that we could call them at anytime should the need arise. It was an extremely long sale (seven months for a NO CHAIN sale!!!!) which was so arduous we felt like giving up at times! - but Pollards were so tenacious and stoic in their endeavours to complete the sale for us we can only say we are so pleased we stuck with them.
