MEDICAID stopped paying to use this transport company and his other company Nazik. I enjoyed the drivers and continued to use them by my family paying cash for the transportation. In the beginning things worked out great but recently I had an appointment out in Warren. I contacted the owner of the company in advance regarding the appointment and didn’t find out until the day before my appointment that he did not have anyone to take me to the doctor. And it was only because I called to verify which driver would be picking me up. It’s not like he even respected me enough to notify me on his own. This was the second time I was scheduled for this appointment because seven months prior to this I had an appointment with the same doctor and they showed up an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I did not get angry and did not yell at anybody I just canceled it and rescheduled. So my rescheduled appointment had to be canceled again because I wasn’t put on the schedule. Had I found out in advance I could’ve made other arrangements but very disappointed I wasn’t made aware prior to the appointment that nobody was coming. I tolerated the tardiness for other appointments because they were so close to my home even if they were running behind I still made it to the appointment. I thought I had a really good relationship with the owner of the company but apparently not.
