Customer services is one of the worst I’ve encountered. Money that was transferred from last year which somehow has not reach my account. Please be aware I do not recommend their service as they do not execute professionally. It is such a let down therefore will not be using their services anymore. It is definitely zero star which I cannot give.

Unprofessional in service. They keep the money for longer if you send large amount and take ages to handover. Do not take any service from them. Not recommended.

Very unresponsible people. Never send money from there. They always delay the money transfer and never respond to enquiry on time. They never give update on transaction and never update or feed back to customers on what is going on with their money that is being transferred. Once people put trust in them, they should be dedicated to their service and be accurate and constant informative to their customers. Totally less than half star quality service .

I have been sending money through Pokhara Money Transfer for past year. I normally deal with Gyam dai. He provides the best rate in UK. I understand the money transfer is not immediate, but if you can wait 1/2 days, this is the best option in the UK!!
