I rang up on Saturday 20th June and was trying to book in a tree that we wanted to be cut down that was pushing on our fence. If I could rate 0 stars for the service I recieved over the phone I would, very rude tone from the women I spoke to. With a telephone manner like that I'm surprised they get any custom! She took my name, number and address eventually and was told the gardener will ring me back.....still waiting! I think it's just curtious to give people a ring back when they want a service even if they are to busy to fit you in so at least you know. In my experience very rude customer service on the phone and lack of interest in wanting to take on new jobs. MANNERS COST NOTHING!
