Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Lazy staff completely ignore you
like
When i went to the point cook Telstra store to get a postpaid sim , staff memeber just entered all the details in the system and told i am not eligible to get a postpaid sim as it shows 0 credit. When i asked how can it say 0 credit with just name and employment details( though i am permanent part time employee), he just did not have any answers and said i cant do anything. When i called the call center later that day and i told my experience in the sore, she told that she would do the checks and if i am not eligible she would tell me the reason as well. When she did the same verification, I am eligible for the postpaid sim!! Telstra store should train the staff well so that they can serve the customers well.

Didn't answer their phone, I called three times - no answer, lost a customer, now have an appointment at Telstra Werribee - they answered first time!

You ask for the early termination fee on an account and they don’t even ask why. Clearly don’t care about retaining customers.
Trying to get the internet connection since 24April. Every other day i call Telstra to follow up on my connection request the person at Telstra cancels my order and creates a new one saying the previous order has an issue. and instead of resolving the issue on my previous connection request they just cancel and creates a new one. Subsequently the new one has the same issues 2 days later and someone cancels that too. Today there is the 8th order has been cancelled and s new one created. They have given me technicians appointment twice and they never show up. And now it looks like I am in an infinite loop of getting a orders created and cancelled. I am an IT professional and my business is badly suffering due to the data connection that i use over the phone and my daughter is missing on her classes since last two weeks. Unfortunately the fiber network is owned by Telstra at our new property which means we cant move out of this miserable service provider. Looking for a desperate help!! The contact center is in Philippines and filled with really incompetent staff. They just don't know or unable to explain what the issue is but they only can do 2 things firstly if the order has an issue they cancel it and create a new one without knowing what the problem is or how it can be fixed. It is an absolute misery to deal with them. Unfortunately we just don't have an option to go with any other service provider and we are stuck with the incompetence of this incompetent telecom giant.
