I was getting my nails done for my 21st birthay party and the nail technician cut three of my fingers when using the tools. It came to the point where the blood was dripping onto my hand and the table because the cut was so deep, a few hours passed and my finger still did not stop bleeding - I came back and still had to wait for my fingernail to be painted as it was still bleeding. The nail technician put alcohol on over and over and due to it still not stopping, she put nail glue on the open cut. I was charged 50 for this. I was embarrassed of my cut and scabby nails for my birthday celebration and for days after.

Went for a pedicure with my mum, lady was so rushed she didn’t even cut my nails, she was done in no more than 10 minutes. Then complained the colour I chose was too light. And when I told her she just proceeded to tell me I was wrong and went onto the next lady and ‘forgot’ about me.
Horrible service. Called them for an appointment over the phone & was told a price, then when I got there they charged me more.
Went to get sns removed and shellac put on natural nail, cost me 30, asked for a colour which was a medium pink to get baby sheer pink put on my nails, I told her it looks very uneven, spots and very sheer and she should’ve said to get a darker colour and I said well why didn’t you suggest or let me know if you knew a lighter colour (which was the wrong colour in the first place) wouldn’t of looked good and then she asked for payment.
