The worst pumpkin patch in customer service, the ladies who work in this store disgust me, I have been visiting the store over the past 3 years, everytime I step in there, they're not welcoming, they don't greet, and they are rude when it comes to assisting/ payments, they don't even smile, I have stopped going there, I prefer the store in the werribee pacific, the staff there are far more better and very approachable. Everytime I walk into the point cook store I say to myself, never again! Pumpkin patch head office neads to think about handling those staff and teaching them proper customer service skills!
