With only 15 minutes until closing time I rushed into the Crossroads store at Point Cook after one of the tops near their entrance caught my eye. As I walked in the door I loved what I saw and couldn't wait to start looking through all the racks of beautiful and stylish clothing. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and variety they offered and even happier when I noticed that the majority of items were on sale!! The only downside being that it was almost closing time and I wanted to look at everything! Shortly after I arrived the lady announced (very nicely) that it was about 10 mins until closing but to take our time looking around and I have to say that apart from the six gorgeous pieces I bought, the customer service that I received from 'Julie' was second to none! She was helpful and genuine in her manner and did not rush me for one second even though I was the last to leave (10 mins after closing). I love to shop, however, regardless of whether I like, love or hate the products I see in any store I visit, my decision to be a happy and returning customer is solely based on how I am treated by the shop staff and in this case, Julie, you nailed it....Thanks so much, you really were just lovely and I'll be back to do some more shopping very soon! :) Leanne

Disappointed . Went in with a friend. Was walking around and looking, trying to find what i wanted, and not once did either of the ladies even approach to say hello. We were looked at but they continued to talk to each other about their social lives instead of doing their job. 1st rule od customer service is to acknowledge a customer when they walk into a store. We walked out with not being asked if we needed anything either. I guess priority was gas bagging instead of making money! Basic customer service wasnt met at all.

I can’t thank the ladies at the point cook shop enough, they all are truely wonderful, I have been there many times and always walked out with more , they make you feel very welcome, it’s jusr not a clothes store that you go in buy and leave I always stand there and have a chat with the ladies, thank you so much , you always put me in the correct direction for what I need and I leave a very very happy customer, I’ll be back ladies for sure , your one of my favourite stores , and once again ALL staff that I have met are wonderful, thank you again Rall
