Usual Aldi store like other. Deal items sometime still available. Nicely organized
If I had any other options, I wouldn't even give this store a half star! This is actually a late review as the very terrible experience happened last March before the first lockdown in Melbourne. I made complaint about one of the female store staff at this ALDI store and then a week later when My mum (70) and I shopped at this ALDI again, we were told that we were not allowed to buy 4 packs of eggs (2 packs each) together. Despite it's ALDI 's then policy that 2packs of eggs per transaction. The store manager and that female store staff( who I made the complaint about before) lied infront of the other store staff (the other store staff were all in silence) and threatened me and mum at the shop asked us to leave the store with the security. The store manager refused to give me the complaint number and told me to find at the ALDI website myself. Later I made a formal complaint to ALDI 's headquarter and we were given a written apology letter along with couple of ALDI gift cards. I would like to share this experience with everyone who has a heart and conscience about being a person. I seriously don't understand how could someone do his job without being a person first? customer care @ this ALDI store? God bless!
