Really let down by the P&O staff at Calais who refused to let our dog back into the country even though his pet passport was up to date. No help and left us stranded in France.
Impossible to contact! I have been trying to redeem my credit note for over 3 weeks since 24th July for travel in 1.5 weeks on 27th August. Despite trying to redeem 3 times and emailing customer services 3 times as long as two weeks ago I have recieved no replies or confirmation of my travel and I am now panicking!. No telephone numbers are answered and instead recorded announcement says can only email them and no emails answered!
Never had any problems using the ferry to and from Calais
No problems whatsoever. I paid an extra 12 to sit in the 'Club Lounge' and would definitely recommend it. I was offered free Champagne, coffee and sat in peace for the duration of the crossing. Great service.
