The food is good... but I just called to place a to-go order and was told I had to come in to place an order. I ask why and the girl told me it was probably bc I had an order that wasn't picked up. I have always done business with them for as long as I can remember. I am very disappointed in this and will NEVER do business with them again. I also send them a lot of business. They must have had a mix up and I ask she said I was on a do not order list. I do company orders... I will not sit and wait for a big order when it can be taken over the phone. If the order can't be taken over the phone my business can be taken elsewhere. Disappointed knowing that the place I grew up going to will never have my business over something so simple....

Last week was my first time going here and they did not disappoint. The drive thru moved smoothly. Presentation is everything and the poboy was hot, fresh and delicious. The bread was not hard. I will definitely be back again.
