We recently spent 4 days, beautiful The Barbican area and Hoe area. Downtown Amarda Way area disappointed, what a dump. Very very much in need of significant revamping. Come on council, do your thing this area is holiday season dynamo. What are you doing ?

cannot reach a person to find out what has happened about my application for assisted bin collection. Have two case numbers 179506851 and 183317828. this is very annoying.
I want to just slate them really bad but I have to be fair minded when I give a Google review. They are extremely busy and understaffed and yet somehow they manage to cope. Good on you guys, that's 4 well earned stars in my opinion. I also believe most of the problems that people are experiencing could be solved by more funding, and hence more staff.

The staff are second to none in helping people who are genuine need and need a helping hand to have their problems solved. Luke from the council tax department is an absolute godsend and deserves all the praise in the world thank you for solving our issues.
