What a lovely auction house! I bought two rings at their last auction and the next day, I had a query about my lots. They dealt with it swiftly and were also very friendly and polite. What great ambassadors you have in both Emily and Izzy! Today, my rings arrived, beautifully packed, and sent by Special Delivery; it took me a while to break into the package! But that's a fantastic example of the care and attention that this lovely Auctioneers will go to on behalf of their clientle. Great service - thank you

My absolute favourite auction house...knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond every day... this is a picture of an item from a random job lot which may turn out to be a proper 'antique roadshow' find... I should really be keeping quiet, so I can keep them all to myself, but it wouldn't be fair to the hard-working team who are such an asset to this fabulous little bargain hunter's paradise... in a business renowned for sharks it's good to know there are still a few Angel fish in the tank... top marks!
