Have eaten at Percy's many times over the last 4 years. The food is consistently good and the help is always nice and attentive. The prices are reasonable for this area. And I have never had to wait. They also have hard to find items on the menu such as fish which I love for breakfast. They do not overcook the fish as they do at so many eating establishments.

Great food..very slow service.. I have lived in Plymouth most of my life. I knew Percy's when they were in Kingston andand Heston. Family owned it .. always great food, but since they moved to Plymouth center the service and kitchen has been so slow that it's really not worth going. On average it takes 30 to 40 minutes to get your meal, usually it comes out in piece meal, we had just eaten there today, took 35 minutes to get some of the breakfast , and half my party had to leave before the rest came out . Sides came after they left . I had to stay and wait till kids ate while rest of party walked around time.. I suggest you don't go.

Food, staff, price all good about 6.5 out of 10. Large menu, but you will wait 10 mins to place order after your drinks are served, and 20 mins to get your fare after ordering... even when not crowded. Today check was placed on our table just as we began to eat. Summer rush? Unlimited eggs boast does not work, you will not get them in your lifetime. Maybe if order them at the same time you place your original order you'll have a shot. Water Street if you can get in and I-Hop 3 miles away are always a good take and been hearing good things about T-Bones breakfast which is right across the street. Been here 5 or 6 times in the last 6 months and had the same experience. Do not bother voicing your opinion and/or concerns, business must be good, because they do not care to hear it. A sincere response from staff, or coupon for free coffee could have gone a long way to better my experience. So, if you are looking for an OK breakfast at a convenient downtown location give it a shot.....my bet is that it won't be far off from what I am taking the time to write about. Thanks for reading.

It's better than average, but loses points for being difficult to get in to during peak times and a bit overpriced. They do have hard to find breakfast treats which is pretty neat though. I'm torn and therefore 3 stars.

Our experience that we got from the restaurant was not good at all. Our food took almost an hour to arrive. Also, our hash browns were burnt to a crisp which was very unsatisfactory. But the food was not our only concern. The conditions in which we ate were filthy and disgusting. The employees work space was equally disgusting, if not even worse. When we did arrive at the restaurant, we also heard complaints from various customers about the quality and freshness of the food. If you do intend to to go anywhere in this Plymouth area for breakfast, I would chose the hearth and kettle or isaacs restaurant. This manager should be eshamed of the food and his facility. And should consider renovating the whole establishment. The maybe I will consider a better review.this was a waste of my 38.00 spent on this poor excuse for food.

Love this place! Always has the best bacon, which is, of course, the most important part of breakfast.

Very very very very happy with my experience at the Plymouth Persey's place, best benedict creation I have ever had, and my poached eggs were cooked exactly as requested, will definitely be a devoted and loyal Persey's patron in the future!! Well done!!

This place has a very large breakfast and lunch menu, but its a little more pricey than Water Street. I also found that it takes a lot longer to get in and get out of this place compared to Water Street.
