My visit on 18/02/21 was superb. From start to finish we were well looked after and all staff, in particular Samantha Powell, were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Optical Express Plymouth to anyone seeking advice in laser eye surgery.

I cant praises enough the service given to me by the optical express team in Plymouth. From my first visit to discuss lens replacement surgery and the aftercare thereafter the team in Plymouth have been brilliant. At my initial consultation Paul the optometrist explained every part of the lens replacement surgery process and the aftercare thereafter. Since having the lens replacement surgery done 4 weeks ago, the team in Plymouth have been so supportive with their aftercare. I would recommend optical express to everyone, especially the Plymouth branch, words cannot express my thanks to Paul the Optometrist, he is brilliant.
