Michael Baugh Guitar Tuition Plymouth

I have been learning guitar for just over 18 months now and have progressed far quicker than i ever though i could before i started. I have to put this down in large part to the great teaching from Mike. A very friendly guy who has not only made learning things seem easier than expected, but also lots of fun, as he teaches you the music you know and love to help you master techniques. Would highly recommend!

I saught Mike to teach me to become better as a guitar player, in particular, how to improvise. Not only has my skill of improvisation improved massively as a result of Mike's tutoring, we have began completing the grades. Thanks to Mike I have gained distinction in my exams so far. I look forward to each session as I learn a considerable amount each time and Mike is a genuine nice guy, which makes the lessons even more enjoyable.

Mike has been teaching me for around 4 years now, I started playing the guitar at 8 or 9 years old then stopped and wanted to start again in my 30’s. Mike teaches in a fun and positive way, he takes your strengths and enhances with them whilst subtly working on your weaknesses. He will always find a positive in how you play and tell you about it which is a great teacher quality. Would highly recommend!

I've been very privileged to have Mike as my guitar tutor, whilst i was studying my A Levels. He is very professional, friendly and approachable. I had shared my guitar lessons with another student which helped my confidence and every session we had went too soon! He is an incredible motivator and mentor, I have learnt so many technical skills and techniques throughout different genres of guitar. Most recommended!

I have been learning the Guitar for less than a year and I feel Mike has taught me so much in a short space of time. As well as learning songs that I enjoy he has taught me various techniques and skills that have given me the ability to go and learn other songs on my own. He’s polite, friendly and very professional. Super easy to talk to and he soon learns what makes you tick when it comes to music. Can not recommend him enough. Top bloke.
