MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy – Speech, Occupational & ABA Centers

I was looking for a job as a behavior tech as I am pursuing a career in ABA. Lisa set me up with an interview promptly after I sent in my stuff through one of the career search engines. She is so approachable and understanding via email she even rescheduled me asap even after I missed my time. I had a lovely interview with Ashley, she made me feel very comfortable and had me go through the questions with ease. I just knew working here would surround me with positive individuals that would uplift and support my endeavors!

MetroEHS is an amazing company to work for. I have worked with children before as a dance instructor and worked in various hospitals doing administrative roles. However, when I went looking for a new job that gave me purpose and inspiration, I found an Ad for this company. The hiring process was great, the administrative staff are very helpful and kind. The BCBAs do a fabulous job being engaged and helping train their technicians. If you do not have your RBT certification yet, the company walks you through the process and helps you get there. The best thing about this company is... the main focus is on helping change the lives of the children that we provide therapy to with love and encouragement. Working with this company has also changed my life. I get excited about coming to work every day surrounded by a staff of amazing human beings.

The staff is so wonderful! In just a short time (3 months) I am already seeing positive changes in my son! He is doing better in school and other social situations.

I have been very pleased with their speech and occupational therapists with my six-year-old daughter! She is making great strides and loves going to therapy with them, as they make the hard work fun! A much better experience than the DMC in Novi.
