I placed an order on Monday at 2pm, paid for next day delivery, I was told everything was in stock,I then phoned head office on weds to ask where my order was ? Only to be told that they couldn't find any order for me at all, but they had taken my money out of my account, after calling them again on weds afternoon, thurs and friday ,part of my order turned up later on friday ,and the rest on Monday, so seven days in total, not 24 hours, I spoke to four different customer service staff ,and only the last person I spoke too, said the words I'm very sorry , rubbish service and I won't be using them again.
Really can't fault the service of the 3 gents that helped me out today. I needed some tools to get me out of a predicament and they had everything there ready to go. Plus the tools are quality that just work 100%. Would recommend to anyone.
