Bought my bike from them today. Spoken to Zach over the phone and then in store. Had my bike ready and assembled on time, had some accessories fitted while I was waiting, could try different helmets to find the best fitting... Zach knows what he is talking about, he is very patient and was very very helpful. Got everything that I needed and I wish I went there sooner. Just ordered another bike for my Wife See you soon Zach and thanks for your time and help.

Bought a couple of bikes now from the Plymouth store. Haven't ridden or maintained bikes for a long time so I'm full of questions - the staff have been great, especially Tom! Cheers.
I received first class service at Evans Cycles in Plymouth. This Christmas I bought two new bikes for my children (from a different retailer!) but found it difficult to set them up perfectly. I was really keen to make sure they were set up well & safely so took the bikes into Evans Cycles for them to give them a once over. Within minutes they had sorted the bikes and they were ready to ride. My children were very happy! This did not feel at any point a chore and there was no charge! Fantastic service - I would highly recommend!
