The staff here are incredible helpful every single time I've visited. Chris helped me purchase a tank for shrimp just before the first lockdown and I can't thank him enough for his expertise and helpfulness in my purchase. It was such a fantastic hobby to have picked up for the past year and I truly believe it has made the past year a little easier! I do not remember the other staffs names but there are also 3 ladies that are also incredible helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our aquatic needs, thank you all for being great. I think you all should get a pay rise

What a great place to get your fish. The staff was so helpful and made me feel welcome and made sure I had everything I needed and gave me some great advice. I will always go back to them.

Very disappointed with the general attitude and customer service of the staff today. Have been a regular visitor of this shop since childhood (so many many years as I grew up in the area) and I have never been so shocked at how staff chose to speak to myself and my partner today due to an error of opening times as stated here on Google til 6pm which has only been changed after apparently over a year of different opening times (since may) as this happened here today . (Not being able to open up shop was not the issue it was manner in which hayley spoke to my partner when she asked if the times where able to be changed on Google to avoid this happening to anyone else as she runs herself a local marine site for Devon and Cornwall. The times where not updated on Google until after this was pointed out and Google more people would use to check a shop opening time than facebook)
The best aquatics shop in Devon & Cornwall. Exceptional customer service. Fish stock is pricey because it’s from good suppliers. shopped here for years because of this. Also good deals on tanks occasionally. Never had a bad visit here 10/10
