Great staff on customer service, I always get a lot of help. Mark in particular is extremely helpful as was the young lady who helped me on 28th. I didn't get her name but she was really very kind. Thank you

Refused me a property due to my outgoings? Makes no sense as I now live in another social housing property and I have no financial issues, my property is clean and tidy, bills are paid on time. No wonder there's a rising homeless issue if pch are going to refuse people based on their financial assessment. You're a social housing landlord your priority is meant to be helping people not refusing them housing that they need. Appalling service.
