The medical professionals are amazing at what they do, if you ever get a chance to see them that is. Was on hold for 19 minutes before being told that they are not accepting pre booked appointments. They expect you to compete with other people and call in at 8am in order to maybe get a same day appointment. Completely unacceptable

the level of incompetence of the reception staff and the general professionalism of the surgery is poor. i was booked in for a blood test at 8.35 am after waiting 40 minutes and watching several people being served before me i complained to reception only to wait another 10 minutes before asking to see the practice manager by that time the nurse finally called my name. The problem was reception staff failed to book me in despite complaining earlier. Sorry to say that since pathfields have taken over several surgery's mine is crownhill all seem to be worst, virtually impossible to get through on the phone all appointments gone within 10 minutes and covid is used as the excuse for everything

Admin staff and receptionist really unhelpfull. Bad manners, not emphatic with patients... no taking seriously the job, requesting letters missing...not sending text messages when it needs, not records in the computers...also 21 phone calls in one morning, waiting for 10 min in each phone call and they never answered the phone... i do not recommend this practice because the receptionist and admin staff ...Nurses and Doctors are lovely but try to get an appointment with these profesionals is impossible because the admin and receptionits staff... Really bad manners with all foreign patients and make nasty comments about them (i witnness those bad comments in the time that i was in a waiting area). This practice need new staff that really appreciate to have a job and like attend patients.

This has been my surgery since birth and I am now changing doctors. I cannot believe how impossible it is to even get through on the phone. You cannot make appointments and the econsult is an absolute waste of time. I cannot believe how downhill this practice has gone and quite frankly I cannot wait to get a new surgery. On top of this the staff in reception are super rude and expect you to tell them why you need an appointment. It's a joke

Schools, universities pubs open...but virtually impossible to make a doctor's appointment 'for patients' safety'! How is it 'safe' to leave people in need of treatment at home perhaps alone? The phone normally has an engaged tone then rings out.Not even an answer message, no info, The message - they don't care and you're of no significance - Barbers can operate an appointment slot system so why can't a surgery?! Digusting lack of service and respect to treat vulnerable people like this it needs sorting...
