ADS Windows and Doors replaced the windows on our 1820's cottage at the start of this year. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Their sales representative understood the character of our home and recommended a product perfectly suited to the property. There was no pressure throughout the sales process, ADS understood the significance of the job and our wish to replace the windows as sympathetically and in keeping with our home as possible. We found the pricing to be competitive and the windows were fitted in good time and by an extremely friendly and efficient team, who also respected our home and cleaned up after each day. There were a few \snagging list\ items with a couple of the windows, however, upon reporting them, ADS could not have been more understanding and helpful and have worked unbelievably efficiently to rectify. I would recommend ADS without hesitation.

The customer service is first class and pricing is reasonable, with no feeling of pressure. You are kept fully informed of progress from the beginning. 1st Class! Excellent products, service and competitive prices with no hard sell. I have recently had my conservatory roof replaced with a new tiled roof system. I have also had all my windows and doors replaced over the last few years by ADS. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ADS Windows to anyone.
