Was given his number as we put on our local community Facebook page looking for some advice regarding our washing machine. He was very friendly when booking us in to have our carbon brushes changed. We were booked in for between 9-12 today and he came early into that time. It was the brushes like he originally said and replaced them no problem and even though his card machine wasn't working he was very patient waiting for my husband to go to the cashpoint for the payment.
