Great experience with this local company from the initial showroom appointment with Jess, measurements from Chris to the super fantastic and efficient installation by Les. Great products and definitely recommended if like me you just one place to do everything. Transformed my little bathroom into a lovely spacious modern environment. We visited the showroom and were immediately impressed with the help and expert advice from Tony. We chose everything on that visit, difficult with such an array of lovely items. Tony came to measure our bathroom and not long after we saw a 3D picture of what it would look like and loved it. About 3-months later the amazing Kevin and Dave came and ripped out our old bathroom out in just 1 day. From the start the two were neat, professional, worked like Trojans, were always smiling and truly a pleasure to have in the house. The bathroom is now finished and is absolutely stunning! We were very happy with the entire experience. We consider ourselves very lucky and are more than happy with our experience.

Appalling after sales service. 3 months after installation of 2 bathrooms, we had a big leak twice that flooded our bedroom and landing, which spoilt the carpet, underlay and the ceiling in the room below. The leak was due to a faulty tap, which was replaced in 2 weeks’ time. During this time our main water supply was turned off for couple of days and we had to stay somewhere else. PHS MK did not take responsibility for repairing the carpets, underlay and the ceiling, nor did they pay for us to stay elsewhere, in spite of repeated reminders. All lame excuses…. Once the tap was replaced, the wall was left open (see attached photo) since 17 Jan 2018 for until now (3.5 months). We have send at least 6 reminder emails and made 4 visits to the store; but nothing happened. When I said I will pay for the repairs they immediately send some one and sorted it out. It costed me 80 pounds. I am surprised, even after paying several 1000s for 2 bathrooms, they don’t want to bear the cost for correcting their defective work. They intentionally delayed the 80 repair work for 4 months just because they don’t want bear that cost. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. In response to PHSMK response, I would like to make it clear that I came to PHSMK for 'full design and installation' as a turnkey project. PHSMK outsourced the installation part of work to Chapmann and co. It was not my choice. Also they asked me to pay the installer directly for the installation work, which I did (not my choice). It was NEVER made clear to me at any stage, that I will be covered by installers insurance and not under PHSMK. I still think it is the responsiblity of PHSMK.
