Needed a connector for a pop up sink waste as the plastic unit on mine had snapped. No one supplied or stocked them. One supplier wanted to sell me a complete replacement unit for no less than 40. Rang Yeovil Plumbase as a last effort before trawling the internet. The man at Plumbase, Steve, said they didn't stock them but had a few lying metal ones spare & if I donated to the Cancer collection it was mine. Fits a treat. What a service, I thought this level of customer service disappeared years ago. Thank you Plumbase, thank you Steve, totally recommend.
