My first visit to Pluma, Amersham was incredible. The interior is just beautiful. There is so much attention to detail when it comes to the presentation of the dishes. The taste of the dishes was better than tapas I've had in Spain itself! An extremely great visit. Will be back soon!

A mix of run of the mill tapas and more adventurous restaurant mains. Everything is nicely cooked and presented by staff that are equally professional and friendly. Covid precautions are in place but we did see a few tables that were obviously made up from more than one household. The venue is smart and located in a very attractive area of Old Amersham. I imagine booking will be essential in more normal times. Overall we were happy with our experience though it was slightly overpriced for what was served, in my opinion.
Great restaurant! We loved the staff, they were very friendly and knowledgeable!! The food omg, delicious and the ambience as well was great !!! Can’t wait to go back soon !
Absolutely fantastic - from beginning to end, not a single misstep. The team behind this venture clearly care an awful lot, and have put together an excellent restaurant - well decorated, and a great atmosphere. The food (and we managed to try most of the tapas) was excellent - high quality produce, prepared to a very high standard. Special shout out for the wine list, which has some great additions. Genuinely one of the best restaurants I've been to in the last couple of years.
Delicious lunch, gorgeous space, delightful staff and I felt my safety was important to them. All the staff wore masks and there are screens between tables. Fabulous tapas, everything tasted great, highlights were the squid with lime mayo and the beetroot with green apple sorbet dishes. One tiny gripe was that we would have liked 1 or 2 more meat options for the smaller tapas dishes. That minor issue won't stop me returning asap.
