This place is close to what good Uzbek cuisine could be. I tried Chaikhana Plov - very decent lam, real Devzira rice from Uzbekistan, spices, garlic and yellow carrot. Food is not cheap, but it is worth it. Kitchen works fast and you can per-order. 4 stars because of the service and waiters. I would expect waiters to know the food they serve and therefore to engage with clients when making orders - the way which is a must for Uzbek restaurant.

Poor quality staff Staff with low iq
Well, it was new for me, and we have to try some more from the restaurant, decorated very well about Uzbekistan's theme and I am really looking forward to visiting it again.
A bit expensive for what is in menu, but the atmosphere is good for quite conversation.
Really tasty food and drinks, I recommend it for those who want to try Uzbek food
