Given current restrictions this country pub is doing its best to make customers feel welcome and safe. The food was good (3 courses from festive menu) and value for money. The pub has plenty of space both inside and outside and the potential to be extremely popular in better times and better weather. I would recommend a visit.
First time here for sunday dinner and it was fantastic. Great portion size and fair price for 2 courses. The staff were attentive and polite. Especially loved the effort to provide a dog mat, water and biscuits to the furry one of the 3 of us. Will be back easily.
